Obituary for Bernice Adaline Halak
Bernice Adaline Halak of Medicine Hat, passed away on Saturday, June 4th, 2016 at the age of 77 years. Bernice leaves to cherish her memory one brother, Terry (Susan) Halak; one niece, Leslie Halak; one nephew, Michael Halak; and her close cousin, Vicki Kopp. Bernice was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Adaline Halak. Bernice was born in Medicine Hat on October 17th, 1938. She was a lifetime member of the Order of the Royal Purple and a member of the Red Hat Ladies. Bernice worked at the Medicine Hat General Hospital and enjoyed crafts and crochet.
